Days a lead stays theirs without work on it. Working a lead pushes this forward; reading it does not.
A suspended seller cannot sign in and KEEPS every lead they hold, so nobody else can work them. To free those, remove them instead.
What their whole branch takes, which they divide with their sellers — what they do not pay out, they keep. Empty means none, so nothing their sellers sell earns them anything.
The domain identifies the company and claims the lead. Everything else is optional — research fills it in.
